On June 27 and 28, 2023, Landscape Forms brought together 15 female leaders and three students in landscape architecture to discuss critical issues and future opportunities for women in the profession. The Roundtable was held at the Harvard Graduate School of Design in Cambridge, Massachusetts, hosted by Landscape Forms CEO, Margie Simmons, and moderated by Allyson Mendenhall, FASLA, PLA, Director of Professional Practice, Sasaki.

On August 7-8 2018, Landscape Forms, designer and manufacturer of high-design site furniture and LED lighting, sponsored the latest in its long-running series of roundtables on critical issues in the built and landscape environment. 

On April 26-27, 2017 Landscape Forms convened a group of thought leaders from public transit agencies, private companies and the design professions for a moderated roundtable on public transit. The event was held in Portland, Oregon, home of TriMet, one of the nation's most successful municipal public transit agencies, and was moderated by Robert Hastings, FAIA, Agency Architect for TriMet Capital Projects and Construction Division.

On November 1-2, 2016 Landscape Forms convened a select group of design professionals and commentators at the Google Mountain View, CA campus for a moderated discussion on corporate planning and design. Landscape architects, planners and designers from the Silicon Valley/Bay area and representatives from Stanford University and UC Berkeley were joined by a San Francisco-based urbanist, the editor of Landscape Architecture Magazine, and Google technical specialists in workplace, sustainability and transportation.

"We are going through an evolution in healthcare. We have been through changes before, but this is different. In this new era of 'Value-Based Care' there is tremendous focus on reducing costs and becoming more efficient - in clinical processes and the way we deliver care, in the way we operate our facilities, and in the way we design and construct them."

In early February Landscape Forms brought together twelve leading design professionals to discuss current issues and approaches in campus planning and design. This group included architects and landscape architects representing seven major academic institutions and five firms doing important work in the field. The meeting at Arizona State University in Phoenix was hosted by Landscape Forms President, Richard Heriford, and moderated by Byron Sampson, ASU Landscape Architect/Faculty Associate.

Sponsored by site furniture and lighting manufacturer Landscape Forms, the two-day event brought together leading lighting design professionals from the central-western US and students from the undergraduate lighting program at the University of Colorado Boulder campus to discuss challenges and best practices in lighting design for outdoor environments. 

On June 21, 2012 Landscape Forms brought together fourteen leading landscape architects to explore the impact of technology on the design of the landscape, the experience of landscape, and the way professionals conduct their practices. 

On Tuesday, May 10, 2011 a group of nineteen distinguished design professionals made up of landscape architects, architects and interior designers, met at San Francisco's Huntington Hotel for a roundtable discussion on multidisciplinary process: how it works, why it sometimes falls short, and what design practitioners can do to make it better.

On May 11, 2010 twenty four leaders in landscape architecture gathered at the Elysian Hotel in Chicago for a moderated roundtable discussion sponsored by Landscape Forms and the Landscape Architecture Foundation.
