The Jessie rail is a stand-up performer. With the 3” top, it's the perfect leaning rail at transit stops. With the 12” top, it becomes a convenient café or bar counter. Standing alone, Jessie elegantly defines space, and with optional mesh infill, it provides separation and enclosure for restaurants with sidewalk seating.

Charleston, the South Carolina city founded in 1670, is known for its cobblestone streets, horse-drawn carriages, and antebellum houses. The city takes historic preservation seriously, particularly in the renovation of historic buildings, so when Madison Capital Group (MCG) began development of a multi-family residential building in the Charleston peninsula, preservation was foremost for the building deemed a historic structure.

The Nickel Plate railroad long ago ceased being an active rail line, only running occasionally for recreational purposes. The City of Fishers explored alternative uses, landing on a rail-to-trail project that is converting nearly five miles of rail line into a pedestrian corridor and linear park.

This 3.25 acre engineering campus complex, complete with rooftop plaza and ground-level quad, celebrates sustainable landscape design with a focus on learning, recreation, and even outdoor dining.
