The Heart of the City project in Rochester, MN is true to its name, reinventing the city’s downtown core as a vibrant pedestrian environment that amplifies the true character of Rochester, invigorates civic pride, and sparks a new sense of community connection.

GoDaddy opened its global technology center within the Arizona State University Research Park in 2014. The two-story, 150,000 sf. building features amenities for the over 1,000 employees. working there.

In the heart of downtown Madison, the US Bank Plaza building is positioned proudly on some of the city’s most coveted real estate. Located in the middle of the Madison Isthmus where East Washington Avenue meets the Capitol Square, the building boasts beautiful views of the historic Wisconsin State Capitol building as well as lakes Mendota and Monona.

Monon Boulevard is a newly imagined six-block section of an 18-mile Monon Trail system that runs from Indianapolis to its northern suburbs. Carmel’s vision for a vibrant, walkable community led to the transformation of the greenway from a 12-foot-wide asphalt trail into a 140-foot-wide multi-use urban linear park that is revitalizing the city and spurring economic development.
