As a true civic and cultural headquarters, the Scottsdale Civic Center’s renovation headed by Dig Studio focused on offering new opportunities for outdoor enjoyment while still honoring the site’s history and significant cultural impact.

The Nickel Plate railroad long ago ceased being an active rail line, only running occasionally for recreational purposes. The City of Fishers explored alternative uses, landing on a rail-to-trail project that is converting nearly five miles of rail line into a pedestrian corridor and linear park.

Once an underused park in an underserved area, Kincaide Park is now the gem of the neighborhood and a model park for the City of Quincy.

A 100-year-old neglected city park was transformed into a "welcoming place." Complete with a variety of Landscape Forms site furniture and lighting, the park now boasts new walkways, bike trails, an impressive playscape and other amenities that make it a community destination.

Arne Area Lights help transform this underutilized space beneath the Miami Metrorail into a 10-mile-long, 120-acre linear park that immediately became a destination for locals and tourists.

Grand Rapids-based engineering and landscape architecture firm Nederveld, Inc., partnered with Landscape Forms’ Studio 431 to activate underutilized real estate and connect the central business district to the downtown area.
