Insights and Solutions
A Sculpture Park is a public space dedicated to the presentation of permanent or rotating dimensional artwork in landscaped surroundings. It encourages presence in the moment; and by creating purposeful interventions that inspire connections with nature, others, and oneself; meaningful physical, emotional, and intellectual experiences are created.
- Angular walls (custom element) modulate vistas and views as users are exploring along paths throughout the sculpture garden. These walls and paths define individual zones for each sculpture, which makes the park feel more approachable in scale and encourages individual mindfulness.
- Palisade benches offer generous areas for gathering with others or quiet contemplation while viewing sculptures.
- Signage is used to identify sculpture and share basic information about each artist.
- Parc Centre tables and Parc Centre chairs create a small gathering area off main path which offers a retreat for a variety of activities including reading, dining, or socializing.
- Rama pedestrian lighting defines primary circulation paths to guide safe passage through the park at night.
- MultipliCITY litters provide attractive options to conceal and recycle waste.
- A central water feature adjacent to carefully sculpted plantscaping adds to the immersive nature and aesthetic appeal of the park experience.
