The Ellis Fischel Gala and the Brown Family Healing Garden was created as the focal link between the University of Missouri’s main hospital building and the newly constructed patient care tower.
The space serves as a contemplative courtyard with native vegetation, contemporary design and a soothing water feature that provide visitors and patients alike with a sense of intimacy and peace.
Alongside custom concrete and wood benches that help define the space, movable Windmark chairs, Parc Centre tables, and Carousel tables allow the space to be used for multiple purposes from small private gatherings to group therapy sessions.
