The Austin Bench, designed by landscape architect Robert Chipman, is a study in beautiful balance. Inspired by architecture of the '20s and classic modern furniture of the '50s, it expresses familiar themes in contemporary terms. Cantilevered, it's a natural for minimalist spaces, while the four-legged version expands Austin's ability to complement a greater range of architectural styles.

A 100-year-old neglected city park was transformed into a "welcoming place." Complete with a variety of Landscape Forms site furniture and lighting, the park now boasts new walkways, bike trails, an impressive playscape and other amenities that make it a community destination.
Old City Park
OLIN turned to Landscape Forms’ Studio 431 to engineer and construct the wall, which wraps around and cantilevers out from the pier. The height of the wall starts at 42 inches and rises to seven feet at its tallest point before descending back to handrail height. It also integrates furnishings, including a 35-foot-long bar, bar stools, and 95 linear feet of lounge benching.

MKSK worked with Landscape Forms' Studio 431 custom division to manufacture series of benches that would take advantage of the location’s views of the park and Maumee River.
