Andrea Cochran, FASLA, is founder and principal of Andrea Cochran Landscape Architecture, based in San Francisco. Her firm sculpts and navigates space through a seamless integration of landscape, art and architecture, drawing boundaries with a controlled palette of materials to create permeable edges that blur the line between the natural and built environment. Andrea Cochran Landscape Architecture has earned wide acclaim for its public, commercial and residential work, and is recipient of numerous awards including the 2014 ASLA Design Medal, the 2014 National Design Award in Landscape Architecture from the Smithsonian’s Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum, and multiple regional and national ASLA awards. 

Arno Yurk was Vice President of Design at Landscape Forms for 26 years prior to his retirement in 2012. He brought fifteen years of experience as a practicing architect to his role at Landscape Forms where his creative insight and expertise in the unique requirements of site furniture and its function in outdoor space significantly advanced the company’s collaboration with leading international design partners. Arno, who holds several design patents, designed numerous signature Landscape Forms products including the Scarborough, Gretchen, Manistee and Petosky benches, and the Carousel table with attached seating which received an IDEA Bronze Award.

Brian Kane established Kane Design Studio in San Francisco in 1989 following tenure as designer for Metropolitan Furniture, later acquired by Steelcase. Kane has designed several of Landscape Forms most popular and critically acclaimed benches including Presidio, Sonoma, Town Square, Washington Square, and Hyde Park, as well as the Annapolis bollard. His bench designs marry graceful curves with comfort and strength to meet the special demands of exterior seating. Hyde Park was awarded the APEX Commendation for design.

Brian Revoir served for 11 years as Senior Product Designer with Michael Graves Design Group/Michael Graves and Associates designing award winning products. He has extensive experience in the management of multiple projects bringing consumer products for major international companies from concept to market. Revoir holds a degree in industrial design from Rochester Institute of Technology and is a member of IDSA (Industrial Designers Society of America).

Claudia Issa a São Paolo-based ceramicist and designer, is the latest artist to offer creative inspiration and define a new aesthetic vocabulary through Kornegay Design’s Visiting Artist Program. Issa’s work often incorporates elements of intentional imperfection, creating nontraditional beauty out of traditionally discarded materials and organic, asymmetrical forms—a creative vision that both draws on Larry Kornegay’s original artistic intent but also inspires a new direction for the brand.

Francisco Gomez Paz is an Argentina-born industrial designer who founded his Milan design practice in 2004. His work has received international awards, including the Good Design Award, the Red Dot Award, the Compasso d’Oro and, together with Alberto Meda, the 2011 First Prize of the Index Award for the Solar Bottle, which was selected for MOMA’s Study Collection. His FGP Collection for Landscape Forms is part of the company’s Global 45 group of products designed for international application, manufactured with mass produced parts, and customized by regional materials.

Seattle-based Gustafson Guthrie Nichol Ltd. is a landscape architecture practice with special experience in designing high-use landscapes in complex, urban contexts. GGN's project awards include multiple ASLA National Design Excellence Awards and AIA/ASLA Honor and Merit awards for Design, the Tucker Design Award, and the Smithsonian's prestigious Cooper-Hewitt National Design Award for Landscape Architecture. Ian McDonald is an artist with a unique philosophy that plays at the distinctive intersection of sculpture and craft. One of today’s most regarded potters with a portfolio that ranges from traditional vessels to free-form sculpture and mixed-media installations, his experience has led him to the current position of Head of Ceramics at the renowned Cranbrook Academy of Art. Here, Ian leads a rigorous studio practice that explores the ceramic spectrum, finding inspiration in its position as a material for conceptual form and idea making.

London-based studio Industrial Facility was co-founded in 2002 by designers Sam Hecht and Kim Colin. Their approach reflects both a thoughtful consideration of form and a unique understanding of contemporary life, creating beauty out of utility in the products, furniture and exhibitions they design. Hecht and Colin’s desire is to work for industry in a way that improves the things we live with. Not setting out to produce something different but rather something better, they aim to design things that will last, be effective and give satisfaction often beyond what is called for by the product and the client. Industrial Facility is considered as one of the most progressive studios in product, furniture and exhibition design. 

sorelstudio, located in the Denver Metro area, provides product design, creative direction and design strategy services to its clientele. Jess Sorel’s creative work lies at the intersection of his artful approach and uncommon technical understanding. Driven by his desire to understand the context in which objects are made and used, Sorel’s primary focus is on interpreting the world around him as the evolution of culture and technology impact the way we live, work and play. Sorel’s work has been recognized both domestically and internationally with numerous industry awards and has been featured in Abitare, Azure, Blueprint, Contract, Domus, Dwell, Fast Company, I.D. Magazine, Interior Design and Metropolis as well as many design blogs and online publications.

John Rizzi was educated in industrial design and learned from the masters by helping develop designs by Michael Graves, Neils Diffrient, Richard Sapper and Massimo and Leila Vignelli. He began his own practice in 1985 and over the past two decades has designed bike accessories, office furniture systems, lounge seating, tables and lighting for major national and international companies. Rizzi's design process is rigorous, analytic and self-critical. His work has won IDSA, APEX, Contract Magazine and NEOCON Best Products Gold and Silver awards. His designs for Landscape Forms include the Parc Vue bench and receptacle, Parc Centre tables and chairs, and the Parc Lounge chair and ottoman.

Justin Champaign began his career path in furniture design at the California College of Art. There, he met industrial designer Brian Kane who exposed Champaign to the contract furniture market, and things clicked. The relationship with Kane led to a job at contract furniture manufacturer Metro, part of the Steelcase portfolio. Metro evolved into Coalesse, and Champaign became its first industrial designer, involved in all aspects of the business, including brand development. Champaign’s interests turned to power, which he saw as an essential component to furniture but lacking the thoughtfulness it deserved. This interest took Champaign to Pablo Lighting, where he worked at the intersection of craft and technology, designing one of the first lighting and USB charging products on the market.

Lionel Morrison's residential and commercial work has been consistently recognized with over 30 design awards. He holds a design Fellowship in the American Institute of Architects and was named Distinguished Alumnus at the University of Texas at Arlington School of Architecture in 1996. He received the Architectural Award from the American Society of Interior Designers in 1997. Lionel holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters of Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington. Based in Duluth, Minnesota, Loll Designs makes outdoor furniture for the "modern lollygagger”, people who play hard, work hard, relax hard, and appreciate the outdoors. The founders of Loll have a long history of master craftsmanship using recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE)—first as TrueRide creating large-scale sculptural skate ramps, then as Epicurean creating a successful line of kitchen accessories, and finally as the Loll Designs in 2006. Part of the Landscape Forms family of brands, Loll has been recognized for its excellence in design and strong commitment to sustainability with the ICFF Editor's Award, multiple Green Design Awards, a Green Dot Award, the Time Magazine Green Design 100 Award, and the New York House Innovative Green Award. 

Margaret McCurry is an architect, Chicago native, and graduate Loeb Fellow in Advanced Environmental Studies from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University. In 1982, she merged her architecture and interiors practice to form Tigerman McCurry Architects, a firm committed to the creation of a contemporary and authentically American architecture and the recipient of seven national AIA awards. McCurry's work focuses on residential architecture and interiors. She is a member of the Interior Design Hall of Fame, was named "Designer of Distinction" for 2002 by ASID and an “Icon of Design” by Traditional Home Magazine in 2009. Her Lakeside Collection received Interior Design Magazine’s Best of the Year Award in 2006.

Mariusz Kozien is a dynamic graphic designer with a unique focus in both industrial and furniture design. He received his Bachelor of Design in Industrial & Graphic Design from the University of Illinois, and studied furniture design in Scandinavia. Mariusz brings to life our furnishing, structure and lighting products in both the printed and digital worlds, drawing also on his prior design experience with Sixtysix Magazine and creating unique retail and trade show experiences for Whole Foods Market and the International Housewares Association.

Located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Modello USA specializes in the design of ergonomic seating. They are a hands-on design studio, beginning each project with pen-and-paper sketches that then begin to evolve with shadow and color. Full-scale and fully functional prototypes follow, a process that employs the studio’s unique and rounded skill set—from design, to engineering, to manufacturing. Prototype iterations refine the design and serve as the master model for creating the digitized images from which final products emerge. Modello USA brings an extensive knowledge of material properties and manufacturing processes, applying those fundamental building blocks early and expertly in development.

Rick Reeder is founder and principal of designStream, a full service firm specializing in architecture, planning and product design based in Winchester, MA. Reeder's work ranges from the design of corporate buildings and private residences to museum exhibitions and a South American Eco-community. A practicing landscape architect, he is founder and principal of Robert Chipman Landscape Architect in Austin, Texas. Chipman is a mountain climber and artist, inspired in his design process by elements of the natural world. His furniture designs are hands-on and sculptural, bringing expertise from a landscape architect’s point of view. In addition to the IDEA award-winning Chipman chair and the growing Chipman line of seating and tables, his designs for Landscape Forms include the Austin, Plainwell, and Wellspring lines, the Catena and Verona chairs, Sorella planters, and the Equinox and Solstice umbrellas, winners of IDSA Gold & Best of NeoCon awards.

As a graduate student at the prestigious Domus Academy in Milan, Italy, Rodrigo Torres discovered a connection between his Latin American cultural and modernist design influences and the school's emphasis on design as storytelling. Torres' diverse portfolio of products, from Landscape Forms' Torres lights to smart faucets, furniture, pencil sharpeners, and toys, reflects a design imprint that marries the whimsical with the rational. Design by Rodrigo Torres was founded in 2004, and while Torres works with clients around the world, his studio remains in his native Colombia. He has collaborated on award-winning designs with companies including Alessi, Poliform, Oras, Cassina IXC, Nike, Microsoft, Domodinamica, and Potocco.

Ryan Heiser leads all of the company’s industrial design and graphic design functions, its studio engineering team, and its brand evolution initiatives. He is a talented industrial designer with more than a decade of design leadership experience, joining us from Newell Brands where he held senior positions in industrial design and design management for their housewares and writing instruments groups. Before Newell, he was a product designer for Chicago-based consultancy FreeForm. Ryan is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Industrial Design.

Furniture designer, artist, and educator Scott Klinker heads the graduate 3D design program at the renowned Cranbrook Academy of Art where he also received his MFA in 1996. His work builds on the Cranbrook tradition of modern design—searching for new forms to address society's changing needs. In line with Cranbrook's tradition of integrating Design, Art and Craft, he believes that the best forms are not conceived in the mind but discovered with the hands. Scott Klinker's bold approach to form creation is driven by an interest in remixing the categories of industrial design, architecture and sculpture.

Sean Simmons is a seasoned industrial designer with a strong background in design for outdoor living. He previously worked with Newell Brands, as well as performance luggage manufacturer High Sierra, designing a range of specialty outdoor, travel and adventure products. Simmons graduated from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design with a BFA in Industrial Design.
