Presidio complements the urban streetscape, the college campus, and the public park by letting the setting shine through. The line of seating and receptacles was designed by Brian Kane to meet the rigorous demands of unsecured public spaces while keeping the focus on the surrounding environment. Presidio is visually strong and also transparent, manufactured of rugged steel tubing and rods that bear the unmistakable mark of craft. It's simple in its vocabulary, diversified in its possibilities, and elegant in its form and presence.
